Hi, my name is Roxy (She/Her), a marriage and family therapist trainee currently completing my master degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University.

Having moved across continents on my own and lived in Baltimore, San Francisco and central LA, I bring a deep commitment in respecting intersectionality and providing culturally affirming therapy. I recognize that parts of your voices have been silenced in the face of chronic stress and intersecting stigmas within oppressive systems. It takes a huge amount of energy and resilience to function while carrying it all. I hope you allow yourself some credits. You’re here, and that matters. In this safe space, we will connect the dots of your unique story and let what you know settle into what you feel. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed and strength-based care. I’m trained in Gottman Therapy, level 1 and certified in ACEs Aware. I believe therapy is a choreography and I embrace an integrative lens. Our session would be tailored to you, drawing interventions from evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as needed. This is your therapeutic journey where you will always have the option to slow down or pause. Together, we can develop more flexibility to navigate uncertainties and move towards your goals with increased integration of mind and body.
