clinical training Program: COMMITMENTS

- 18 – month contract
- Maintain a 10 client caseload after the first three months of contract
- Attend weekly trainings from 1:00 – 3:00 pm every Thursday, in addition to supervision requirements
- 6 – month minimum serving one of our Therapy Outreach Program partner organizations in underserved communities (5-hours / week at site, 5-hours / week at Open Paths) for everyone except those in the domestic violence program
- Must have had at least one year of psychotherapy, or currently be engaged in therapy.
clinical training Program: APPLICATION PROCESS

Open Paths typically orients new clinicians four times a year, in Jan., Apr., Jul., and Oct. We strongly encourage clinicians who come from and understand the under-resourced communities we serve, and those who are fluent in Spanish, to apply.
