clinical training Program: opportunities

clinical training Program: COMMITMENTS

  • 18 – month contract
  • Maintain a 10 client caseload after the first three months of contract
  • Attend weekly trainings from 1:00 – 3:00 pm every Thursday, in addition to supervision requirements
  • 6 – month minimum serving one of our Therapy Outreach Program partner organizations in underserved communities (5-hours / week at site, 5-hours / week at Open Paths) for everyone except those in the domestic violence program
  • $75 monthly administration fee.  This fee is waived for clinicians who provide 32+ clinical hours per month, or would prefer to provide 5 hours per month administrative support to the Center

clinical training Program: APPLICATION PROCESS

Open Paths typically orients new clinicians four times a year, in Jan., Apr., Jul., and Oct. We strongly encourage clinicians who come from and understand the under-resourced communities we serve, and those who are fluent in Spanish, to apply.  Please complete application and submit with your cover letter and resume to Sierra@openpaths.org
