Greetings!! Thank you for taking this important step in your therapeutic journey, and I am overjoyed that you are here! As your selection process reaches this stage, it is my hope that you find a therapist that aligns with your specific goals and concerns. I am African-American and while my parents are southern born, I was born and raised in South Los Angeles, a community that I reside in to this very day. While I have had the extraordinary privilege of educating myself, I am come from a very low socioeconomic background.

I use an integrative approach to therapy, combining several theoretical approaches to fit individual needs. I am interested in reducing the psychological distress of underserved individuals and families. I believe my greatest strengths are my ability to practice cultural humility and creating a welcoming environment that encourages individuality. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth. I am currently pursuing my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Antioch University New England degree in clinical psychology.
