Rodney Beard is a consultant specializing in organizational operations, technology, governance support, and strategic execution. He brings over 15 years of experience leading operations and working alongside executive leadership in complex, high-stakes environments, including serving in Vice President of Operations and Chief of Staff-level roles.

His background includes overseeing operations for the Office of the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at The Aerospace Corporation, as well as supporting large-scale litigation and trial strategy at Greenberg Glusker. Across these roles, he has led cross-functional initiatives, built operational systems that improve accountability and efficiency, and translated strategy into execution across legal, corporate, and litigation environments.

He brings structure to complex workstreams and develops practical tools and frameworks that improve clarity, decision-making, and execution under pressure.

He is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College.
