Mayda Quezada, MFT Trainee
Languages Spoken: English & Spanish
Hello, my name is Mayda Quezada, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee. I received my B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in American Studies and Ethnicity from the University of Southern California, and I’m currently pursuing my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at USC as well.
I am interested in helping individuals, couples, children, and families overcome intergenerational trauma and cultivate meaningful and fulfilling lives. Driven by my experiences as a child of immigrants, a first-generation Salvadoran American, and a first-generation college student, I am deeply committed to offering communities a place of respite for healing and restoration. I approach therapy with an integrative theoretical framework and a multicultural perspective, seeking to provide a safe environment for exploration and growth.
I aim to foster an environment where you can explore, heal, and thrive on your own terms.
