Languages Spoken: English, Vietnamese (conversational)
I completed my Master’s degree in clinical psychology with an emphasis in psychological trauma at Antioch University. I studied international development studies during my undergraduate career at UCLA, which led me towards valuing the sociocultural landscape of individuals and communities and how such factors can affect mental health. As a second-generation immigrant and first-generation Asian American living biculturally, I am working to destigmatize mental health within our communities and normalize the conversations around how we are feeling and how we are affected by oppressive factors. Therapy can be the safe space to explore these conversations and ideas while moving towards healing and growth.
