Linda Maldonado
inda is an accomplished, bilingual executive and proud native New Yorker who brings over two decades of leadership, community engagement, and operational wizardry to the corporate, nonprofit, and faith-based sectors. Today, she heads up community outreach as Assistant Vice President & Community Outreach Officer at CTBC Bank Corp (USA), bridging the gap between financial resources and local impact by keeping corporate social responsibility and community reinvestment at the heart of everything we do. A true believer that sustainable change happens through teamwork, accountability, and a bold vision, Linda is deeply passionate about equity, governance, and helping the next generation of leaders grow.
Linda takes the title of “lifelong learner” seriously! After earning her first BS in Education Studies from NYU, she returned to the classroom 26 years later to graduate with distinction from Springfield College, taking home both a second Bachelor’s in Human Services and a Master’s in Organizational Management & Leadership. To add a few more tools to her belt, she also picked up professional certifications in PR, project management, and graphic design from UCLA Extension.
Beyond the bio, Linda is driven by a love for discovering new places, getting lost in a great book, and growing an enviable shoe collection!
