I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over twelve years’ experience in areas of domestic violence, anger management, individual, couples and family therapy. I have been part of Open Paths Counseling Center for over ten years. As part of this great program, I know that no single approach is right for every individual, couples, or family, and so I have been trained in a range of different therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and family systems. I believe therapy is an excellent space to explore and gain a better understanding about how and why I behave the way I do, being able to identify those aspects that no longer serve me and stepping more into what I want to become as a person with a fulfilling individual passion for life.
