My name is Lauren Sill and I’m currently finishing my masters in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University. After getting my BA in Psychology from UCLA, I knew I wanted to eventually be a therapist after getting some life experience, and in the meantime built a career as a hairstylist, educator and mentor. I realized what I love most is using my personal relationships to nurture development in others, helping people empower themselves to face the world, and holding space for people in pain. I’m excited to go a little deeper now in helping clients explore their thoughts and experiences. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and am drawn to different modalities for different situations, but especially narrative, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based practices. I’m also passionate about working with LGBTQ+ couples and nontraditional relationships. I want to create a collaborative space where clients feel seen and supported as they grow.
