Hi, I am Laura, an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I am passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and creating a safe and inclusive space for all clients. I provide trauma-informed and culturally sensitive therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in honesty, and my style is warm, relational, and compassionate. I am trained in psychodynamic theory and integrate different tools, including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Existential therapy. I prioritize honest and open communication relationships with my clients, emphasizing trust, empathy, confidentiality, and mutual respect. I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from The School of Professional Psychology and have complete training in EMDR.
