I am cross-sector professional with a history of supporting nonprofit and corporate entities over a broad range of industries with communications, project management, and performance coaching. Understanding intimately the importance of identity in personal healing as well as within the society at large, I’m completely happy to be a small part of the OP team.

Kila’s background includes producing training programs for the Foster Together Network, television & theatre productions (including ABC’s the Bachelor and Bachelorette) and curating workshops between local leaders and the communities they serve. She recently attained the title of Reiki Master and hopes to add Korean and Spanish fluencies to broaden the ways she might be of service.
