I am a counseling intern who is passionate about the journey to self-actualization and deeply committed to mental wellness, especially within Black and Brown communities. I value creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life, identity, and emotional challenges.

I am the child of an immigrant mother from Haiti, and I am incredibly proud of my Haitian heritage — most specifically our food! This part of my story informs my sensitivity to immigrant and first-generation experiences, and to the complexities that can come with culture, intersectionality, and belonging.

Alongside my clinical work, I am a visual storyteller with a lifelong connection to the performing arts. Being an artist shapes how I empathize with humanity, and storytelling continues to influence how I think about healing, identity, and self-expression. I hope to one day bring mental health and the arts together in meaningful ways that support both emotional wellness and creative growth.
