I am currently a Marriage and Family Therapist/Professional Counselor Trainee at Pepperdine University. My background includes teaching and Applied Behavioral Therapy with children diagnosed with autism and related disorders, as well as providing support in a correctional facility. In my current role as a Special Populations Coordinator, with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, I deliver comprehensive services and programming tailored to inmates within a specific demographic, offering both group and individual counseling to address their unique needs. I work with diverse and high-need populations, advocating for equitable access to services, support, and program opportunities. My professional work is guided by a commitment to psychological well-being, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practice within correctional and organizational settings. I have a strong desire to work with formerly incarcerated women and survivors of sexual abuse.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Theatrical Arts from San José State University and went on to complete graduate studies at Argosy University, with a focus in Forensic Psychology. My academic background reflects a strong foundation in understanding human behavior within complex, institutional, and systemic environments.
