Hi! My name is Eva (she/her), and I am currently earning my Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University. Before pursuing psychology, I studied Journalism and Sociology, which shaped my understanding of how personal narratives and group dynamics impact our lives.

I am especially drawn to the power of groups—the way therapy groups can foster belonging and healing, and the way high-control or coercive groups can cause harm. This awareness inspires me to create spaces where authenticity, autonomy, and belonging can flourish. I strive to show up with humility, curiosity, and nonjudgmental listening so that therapy feels like a place of both safety and freedom.

Therapy has been transformative in my own life, and I know how much courage it takes to begin this journey. I practice from a culturally attuned and trauma-informed lens, recognizing how systemic and social contexts shape our experiences of self, family, and community. Together, we will slow down, listen closely, and uncover the strengths and values that can help you feel rooted and safe.
