Greetings!! Thanks for stopping by! I am overjoyed that you are here! As your selection process reaches this stage, it is my hope that you find a therapist that aligns with your specific goals and concerns.
I am Belizean and fluent in Belizean Kriol as well as Jamaican Patois. I am well versed in Central American and Caribbean cultures.
I use an integrative approach to therapy, combining several theoretical approaches. I am interested in reducing the psychological distress of historically underserved individuals and families. I believe my greatest strengths are my ability to practice cultural humility and create welcoming vibes. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth.
I received my doctorate degree in clinical psychology with an emphasis in multicultural community and clinical psychology from Alliant International University. I have worked in community-based mental health agencies in the areas of relationship complications, depression, anxiety and substance abuse.
