Caroline Trujillo, MFT Trainee
Languages Spoken: English
Hi! My name is Caroline Trujillo, a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee completing a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University. I am a Panamanian woman whose many identities have shaped a layered perspective on life and healing. I believe therapy should honor the complexity of who we are, creating a space where every aspect of your identity is welcomed, seen, and cared for. Life is rarely black and white, and I hold space for the nuance in each client’s story. You are leading the path and I’m here to offer guidance and a steady presence along the way.
My approach is trauma-informed, integrating mindfulness and somatic practices to support both the mind and body in the healing process. I’m deeply committed to making therapy accessible, guided by the value that mental health care is a basic human right that everyone deserves without limitation.
