Hi! My name is Bella (she/her) and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee attending the University of Southern California. In my work with clients, I strive to create a space that feels safe, trusting, compassionate, and authentic. I believe therapy unfolds at the client’s pace, and I aim to meet each person exactly where they are. My hope is to offer a space that feels nonjudgmental—somewhere you can show up fully as yourself.

Through my own relationship with therapy, I’ve learned that the process of self-discovery takes courage, strength, and patience. I trust in the power of therapy to help uncover both conscious and unconscious patterns that shape our emotional world, relationships, and sense of self.

I am especially passionate about supporting those impacted by trauma. I understand how painful experiences can leave lasting effects, and I approach this work with deep respect for each person’s resilience and inner wisdom. While therapy isn’t a quick fix, it can be a meaningful space for clarity, healing, and transformation.

I bring awareness to my own social location as a white woman and the ways privilege shapes how I move through the world. I believe that naming these dynamics helps build trust and makes space for honest, respectful connection across difference. I am dedicated to working with individuals of all races, ethnicities, genders, sexualities, ages, and religions. I value honoring each client’s unique lived experience and hope to foster a space where all parts of you are welcome.
