Hi! I am Allise, a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee completing my Master’s Degree at Pepperdine University. I am committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment where individuals can share their innermost thoughts and challenges without fear of judgment. My culturally attuned and trauma-informed approach recognizes the distinct nature of each person’s experiences and empowers them to explore their emotions in greater depth. I believe in therapy’s transformative power and strive to support clients in their personal growth by providing unconditional support that helps them tap into their inner strengths as they navigate their paths toward well-being. As a Los Angeles native and Latine woman, I understand the barriers and stigmas—both cultural and otherwise—that can accompany the decision to seek therapy, and I recognize the courage and vulnerability involved in taking this important step.
