Languages Spoken: English & Yoruba

Hi, my name is Tunde, and I’m glad you took the bold step of choosing your wellness.
I am an MFT Trainee earning my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have come to understand the human condition and recognize the diversity of the human experience. Well-being and life satisfaction are typical desires we all have, requiring us to improve our ways of being.

As a Nigerian-born immigrant man, I am familiar with the stigma around mental health, and I hope to normalize conversations about seeking help and mental health. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families from communities of color, queer & immigrant communities, and neurodivergent people.

I intend to create an empathetic, safe, and supportive holding space for you that facilitates your healing and personal growth. I look forward to helping you develop tools to strengthen your connection with yourself & others and to create an authentic & fulfilling life you love. My approach to therapy is eclectic/integrative and uniquely tailored to your needs. I use humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, culture-affirming, and EMDR modalities.
