Stephanie doran, MFT Trainee
Ms. Stephanie Doran is a registered professional clinical counselor (APCC 4976). She received her B.A. in psychology with a minor in special education from the University of Arizona. Ms. Stephanie then went on to obtain her master’s degree in psychology with a specialization in mental health from Loyola Marymount University.
She assists people who are experiencing a range of presenting problems such as depression, anger, anxiety, life issues, self esteem, relationships, grief and many more. As a counselor, she presents a safe and positive feeling where everyone is free to say anything without feeling ashamed and creates a healing environment. She goes above and beyond to help her clients by taking into consideration the client’s cultural background and their personality. She develops the best treatment plan that is both attainable and beneficial for her client’s needs.
Ms. Stephanie values the importance of mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, relaxation and other clinical approaches that she feels work well with her clients. Ms. Stephanie seeks to employ her clients to reach for their awareness of personal needs and gain more control over their lives by the end of her sessions.
