Therapy is an opportunity to engage in a healing relationship unlike most others. The focus is on you, your feelings, your thoughts, your strengths and your insecurities. I make it my job to provide a safe, empathic and nonjudgmental environment with the goal of creating a space in which you will find the courage to explore parts of yourself which have been forgotten, disowned or are otherwise too painful to face. This will in turn help you form a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself and others and foster psychological healing and growth. My background is in work with foster children who have been through severe trauma, but I am competent in working with all populations. I am currently in my fourth quarter of my masters program in clinical psychology at Antioch University.
