“Do you ever feel like the whole world was going on an awesome field trip and you forgot your permission slip?” -MF

Life is complicated, strange, can be beautiful, but can really suck sometimes and can feel isolating.  Working together we can figure out the problems that are weighing you down no matter how small or big they are. I am currently on the journey of gaining my masters as an MFT at Antioch University with a keen interest in LGBTQ+ Affirmative Psychology and Mindfulness. You are unique and our sessions will reflect that. My perspective of therapy comes from a bio-psycho-social perspective knowing there are invisible and visible social constructs that heavily influence us in our thoughts and actions. You are the expert of your life and I am here to help guide and tailor my therapeutic approach to your needs. My goal is to facilitate a non judgmental space to help my clients gain back control and power over their lives and everything else in between.
