Hello, my name is Monica (she/her) and I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee. I am currently pursuing Masters in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from China and a Master’s in Communication Management from the University of Southern California. My personal journey as a first-generation Asian American immigrant inspires my commitment to help individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds on their path to well-being.

I embrace a non-judgmental approach that integrates traditional Eastern healing philosophies and modern Western therapeutic techniques.
