Hello, my name is Monica (she/her) and I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee. I am currently pursuing Masters in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from China and a Master’s in Communication Management from the University of Southern California. My personal journey as a first-generation Asian American immigrant inspires my commitment to help individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds on their path to well-being.
I embrace a non-judgmental approach that integrates traditional Eastern healing philosophies and modern Western therapeutic techniques. I offer a direct and warm perspective to my work, I am dedicated to offering culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care to marginalized communities. Together, we will explore your authentic selves and resilience to foster your individual growth.
I am eager to join you on your healing journey, meet you wherever you are, be in light and in shadows.
