Kristina Hall, MFT Trainee

Languages Spoken: English, Spanish, and French

Kristina is finishing her final year at Mount Saint Mary’s University’s Masters of Counseling Psychology Program specializing in Marriage & Family Therapy. As a South Central LA native, she understands first hand how generational trauma, environmental factors, and systemic racism create obstacles that impact the overall quality of life and stress for minorities. Kristina collaborates with her clients to process and heal from their past, acknowledge their present, clarify their goals for the future, and create the best plan that leads to their best self. She believes that no matter what anyone has been through, everyone is capable of making changes in their life, healing, and reaching their greatest potential. Kristina is very passionate about guiding people through healing and transformation.
