Hi there! I’m Ariel, a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee currently completing my Master’s Degree at Pepperdine University. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental, and welcoming space where individuals feel comfortable sharing their innermost thoughts and struggles. My approach is rooted in supporting people as they work toward their goals, validating their experiences, and providing a space for healing. I believe in the power of therapy to help individuals better understand their emotions and thoughts, both conscious and unconscious. Through this process, I strive to help clients move forward on their path to healing, feeling less burdened and more heard.

I recognize that beginning or continuing the journey of therapy can be challenging. Individuals may be overcoming personal hurdles, self-doubt, or social stigmas. I deeply appreciate the courage and vulnerability involved in taking this step and engaging in this work. As someone committed to an individually tailored, culturally attuned, and trauma-informed approach, I look forward to working with people from all backgrounds, races, ethnicities, sexualities, and religions. I firmly believe that individuals are the experts of their own experiences, and I work to help people explore and understand themselves according to their unique values, beliefs, and lifestyles. My goal is to foster an environment where you feel comfortable sharing your story, and together, we can work towards your personal growth and well-being.
