Hello! I’m Aminah and I am currently working toward becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist. I am in my final year of Antioch University’s Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology Program, and I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University in 2020. After graduating, I worked closely with individuals from various backgrounds in a transitional living setting for women with mental health issues.
I was inspired to become a therapist through my own life experiences, which shaped my passion for promoting mental health, balance, and wellbeing. I operate from a place of empathy and nonjudgement and intend to nurture a safe space for all clients. My hopes are to collaborate and explore your unique goals for therapy and foster an authentic alliance so I can best support you in reaching them. I look forward to connecting with you and beginning this healing process.
